My Next Big Adventure

Life Travel

I am off to my next adventure…hosting a media FAM for 7 amazing bloggers. Part of my job is to host media in Kissimmee, Fl, to promote the destination and various campaigns we do throughout the year. This FAM is to promote the Rock Your Vacation contest; we are giving away a VIP trip to Central Florida to one winner and their entourage. Voting starts tomorrow. Last week my co-worker and I finalized all the plans for the FAM. It…

St. James's Park, London, England

Travel

Going back to my trip to London… If you read some of my previous posts then you know I am a fan of parks, gardens and nature.  Florida provides the perfect setting for all those things, but I seem to find some of the most beautiful parks and gardens when I travel out of the state of Florida. I mean, I’m from Florida so I’m used to the sunshine, but when you think of London you don’t generally think of bright, sunny blueskies. As I mentioned, I was determined to…

Soaring High in the Sky

Travel

I have been fortunate enough to spend many weekends at the area theme parks, wrestled a gator or two (I use wrestle loosely, but I’d like to think I’m braver than most), and I’ve been on several airboat tours through the Florida Everglades, but my favorite adventure is always soaring high above Central Florida in a hot air balloon. The 5am wake up call is never easy, but the experience is like no other.  It’s really hard to describe in…
