We have officially made it to March! How many of you have kept on course with your New Year’s resolutions?
I have to say that I am pretty proud of myself this year. I am usually the one, who by the second week of January, has already thrown my resolutions out the window, but not this year. I made 3 big resolutions (goals) for myself.
1. Stick to an Exercise Routine
2. De-Clutter (throw things away)
3. Plan my wedding
Although resolutions take time, I have to say I have made some good progress at maintaining all three of my resolutions.
I even signed up for my first 5K in 5 years which took place last night. I have been “training” for the past 2 months, and did surprisingly well. I was able to keep a pretty good pace and came in at 38:18 minutes.
