Flytographer: the Best Travel Souvenir

Europe Travel

Flytographer AmsterdamSouvenirs are part of the travel experience, but how many of you get home and find yourselves throwing those souvenirs in a drawer only find them years later when trying to declutter and realize they no longer spark joy? Happens to me all too often, but now I’ve discovered the perfect travel souvenir: Flytographer.

I was first introduced to Flytographer when I received a photo shoot as a wedding present. It made the perfect souvenir for our honeymoon in Paris. I never knew something like this existed, but I instantly fell in love with the idea.

What is Flytographer?

It’s a professional photography service provided in various destinations throughout the world.

How does it work?

It’s so simple. Start by going to the Flytographer website and search for the destination you are traveling to. You will get a list of photographers along with a small portfolio of photos in order to get a sense of their style. Once you have made your decision, you fill out a questionnaire basically providing additional details you hope to get out of the photoshoot such as your comfort level in front of the camera, theme and style choices and location. Within a day or so, a photographer will reach out to you to schedule the time and location. Photo sessions last from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the package you choose.

How much does it cost?

Photo sessions start at $250 but will range based on the package you choose. With all packages, you receive a professional photo shoot by a professional photographer and within 5 days you are provided with your high-quality digital photos (number of photos depends on the package). It’s the perfect souvenir you will keep forever.

Other benefits

Besides the photoshoot, the photographers provide tips places to go and things to see in the destination and they are also the experts on the most photogenic areas for your shoot.

We felt so incredibly comfortable with Tania, our Flytographer, and loved spending the morning with her in Amsterdam. Plus, we would have never known about Winkel 43 and the most incredible apple pie if it wouldn’t have been for her. I’m still dreaming about that pie.

When you book your next flight, add a Flytographer session. You won’t regret it!
